In 1999, Santiago joined a local church and diligently continued serving. During this time, the idea of providing inflatable entertainment for children started to take shape. However, life's twists and turns delayed this dream.
In 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Santiago and his wife revisited their dream.
